This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed for Kesar mango boxes through Maharaja Mango. Mangoes are perishable agricultural products, and therefore return and refund conditions are limited.

1. Product Nature

Kesar mangoes are fresh, seasonal and perishable products. Size, colour, ripening stage, natural marks and appearance may vary from box to box.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched, delivered or handed over to the delivery/transport partner.

Once an order is dispatched or prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, returns are not accepted after delivery except in cases where the wrong product is delivered or there is a genuine issue supported by clear proof.

4. Damaged or Issue-Based Claims

All mangoes are carefully checked before dispatch. If a customer receives a damaged product or has a genuine quality concern, the customer must contact us within 6 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details.
  • Clear photos and video of the box and product condition.
  • Delivery date and time details.

Claims made after 6 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. processed within 4-5 days

6. Partial Refund or Replacement

Based on the issue and proof provided, Maharaja Mango may offer a suitable solution such as partial refund, replacement, or refund to the original payment method. The final decision will be based on case review.
For replacement, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

7. No Refund for Natural Variation

No refund will be provided for natural variation in mango size, colour, shape, ripening stage, sweetness, skin marks or appearance, as these are natural characteristics of fresh farm produce.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct delivery address, mobile number and order details. Delay or failed delivery due to incorrect information may affect refund eligibility.
