Maharaja Mango is a seasonal mango brand associated with Vision Global. The brand is focused on Kesar mango box orders for retail customers in selected serviceable locations.
2. Products
Current and planned product options may include:
- Gir Kesar Mango Box.
- Kutch Kesar Mango Box — upcoming, subject to seasonal readiness.
- Box options: 1 Box – 10kg and 2 Boxes – 10kg each.
3. Seasonal Availability
Mangoes are seasonal agricultural products. Product availability, supply, delivery timeline and order acceptance may depend on harvest, quality checks, logistics and serviceable location.
4. Product Description
Our products are described as farm-grown, farm fresh or natural mangoes. We do not use “certified organic” wording unless separately stated with suitable certification or confirmation.
5. Natural Variation and Ripening
Mangoes may naturally vary in size, colour, skin appearance, shape and ripening stage. Mangoes may be supplied at a ripening stage intended for consumption within a few days, depending on logistics and product condition.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website or confirmed through customer communication. Payment is currently accepted through online payment on the website or through WhatsApp payment confirmation where applicable. Cash on Delivery is not currently offered and may be introduced later at our discretion.
7. Customer Information
Customers must ensure that name, mobile number, delivery address and order details are correct before placing the order. Incorrect information may cause delivery delay or additional charges.
8. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance if product is unavailable, delivery location is not serviceable, payment is not confirmed, or there is an operational issue. In such cases, the customer will be informed and any eligible refund will be processed as per policy.
9. Delivery Coordination
Customers must coordinate with the delivery or transport partner. If the customer is unavailable or delivery fails due to customer-side reasons, re-delivery charges may apply.
10. Cancellation, Refund and Return
Cancellation, refund and return requests are handled as per our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, returns are limited.
